Stream Global Services Colonnade Site Raises $4,000 for Free Arts!

(Article created by Stream Global Services which went out in their national newsletter.)

Spearheaded by DJ Lespron (Colonnade Team Manager) and Felicia Espinosa (Site Receptionist) with the generosity of countless donations from its employees, the Colonnade site was able to leverage dress down days as a means to rally behind this great cause.   As leaders spread the word and drove participation with their teams, the donations began to pile up!  “We originally committed $3500 as our goal, but as the final days for donations were upon us, we were quickly nearing $4000 and the team really came together to go above and beyond to achieve $4000,” said Lespron.

On Friday, April 22, 2011 Lespron, accompanied by Jason Stevens (Site Director) and other Senior Leaders at the site stepped out of the office to present the check to Free Arts.  It was a great visit and the team had the pleasure to tour the Free Arts location, better understanding how our contribution would be used.  As we walked around the facility, seeing the beautiful artwork created by the children, it was quite apparent that we had selected the right organization for our donation.

“What a generous act by your site, $4,000 is huge! We can’t thank you enough,” said Heath Blumstein (Development Director of Free Arts) when presented with the check.

This was a great way for Stream and the Colonnade site to give back to the community that supports us!  A HUGE thank you to all the generous contributions of Colonnade’s employees;  you all made the difference in the lives of so many children!  Another great example of why Stream and the Colonnade site are a GREAT PLACE TO WORK!  The Colonnade site is looking forward to a continued partnership with the Free Arts of Arizona organization and hopes to outdo itself with the next round of donations.  Thanks again to all those that contributed!
