50 Women Can Change the World
Erina Meneses, Program Coordinator of Free Arts for Abused Children of Arizona was recently selected to the 50 Women Can Change The World Leadership Program managed by Take The Lead Arizona. The 2017 cohort is focused on the women that work in the nonprofit and social sectors in Arizona. The program is three months long and features training sessions in person and online.
“I am learning how to best use the program’s 9 Leadership Power Tools and how to best serve Free Arts and our community,” said Meneses. “Each of us will develop a strategic leadership action plan focused on an area in our organizations that we believe needs attention or growth. I am grateful for the opportunity to grow and learn with other women who are compassionate and dedicated to making things better.”
Erina joined Free Arts in September 2016 and she’s currently responsible for planning and executing more than 30 Free Arts Days each year. The 50 Women Can Change The World Leadership Program is a 501c3 nonprofit organization whose mission is to prepare, develop, inspire and propel women to take their fair and equal share of leadership positions across all sectors by 2025.
