DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

FIRST REVIEW 8/7/19 — OPEN UNTIL FILLED

Free Arts is seeking a Development Director to join our high-energy, creative organization.  We would like 8-10 years of nonprofit experience, 5 years in strategic fundraising including donor cultivation and major gifts. Our ideal candidate is well-organized, collaborative, and flexible.  The position’s diverse activities include developing comprehensive fundraising plans, executing major gift asks, building relationships with donors, forecasting/monitoring income, developing staff members, inspiring the community to support the Free Arts mission, and engaging enthusiastic board members.

 

PROGRAM COORDINATOR

FIRST REVIEW 8/9/19 – OPEN UNTIL FILLED

Free Arts is seeking a Program Coordinator to bring passion, vision, and strong execution to our Program Team.  This position supports Free Arts by coordinating and executing key Free Arts programs such as the Weekly Mentor Program, Camp Series, Professional Artist Series or Free Arts Days.  A fabulous candidate will have strong planning and organizing skills, sound judgment, and has excellent management skills.  Please note that excessive amounts of silliness, fun, and creativity are side effects that come with this position and team!

Free Arts works hard to offer competitive salaries that are assessed annually based on the current market and industry. We also provide comprehensive benefits for our qualifying employees including medical and dental premiums paid based on employment status on the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment. Additionally, we hold quarterly staff team building activities, Clifton Strengths Finder staff activities, and provide professional development budget’s to all employee’s based on the fiscal year budget and position held within the organization*.
